We supply the Meler In-Line Mini Filter, designed to eliminate impurities in hot melt adhesive applications within the ceramic industry. Ideal for nozzles with diameters under 0.4 mm and coating applicators less than 75 mm, it ensures clog-free operation and consistent adhesive flow.
Features include an easy-replacement filter cartridge (available in 50, 100, and 200 mesh), a non-stick coating for simplified cleaning, and a modular configuration with various connection angles for seamless integration. The filter installs between the gun and the hose, allowing cartridge changes without disconnecting the hose-gun setup, enhancing maintenance efficiency.
