Synthetic Oil for Press
CER46 is a high-performance synthetic oil specifically formulated for ceramic press applications operating under severe mechanical and thermal stress. The product is engineered to ensure maximum operational stability, extended service life, and superior protection of hydraulic components, even under high pressure and continuous duty cycles typical of ceramic production environments.
The synthetic oil is manufactured using high-quality synthetic base stocks combined with advanced anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-foam, and corrosion inhibitor additives. This formulation guarantees outstanding thermal stability and oxidation resistance, significantly reducing varnish formation and deposit build-up within the hydraulic circuit. The high viscosity index ensures consistent performance across a wide temperature range, maintaining optimal film strength and system efficiency both at start-up and during peak operating conditions.
