We supply the Fluid o Tech FG409 Gear Pump, designed for ceramic digital printing systems to ensure precise ink delivery and consistent print quality. This pump features a magnetic drive mechanism, providing leak-free and maintenance-free operation.
Constructed with AISI 316L stainless steel housing and PEEK/PTFE gears and bushings, it offers chemical compatibility with various ink formulations. The FG409 operates within a speed range of 300 to 5000 rpm, delivering a flow rate up to 210 liters per hour and handling pressures up to 12 bar, making it suitable for the demanding requirements of ceramic digital printing applications.
