The machine uses tubular shrink film supplied on reels, from which the hood is automatically formed. Through a patented mobile head system, the machine prepares the hood according to the required dimensions of the palletized product.
Once prepared, the hood is positioned over the raised load. A special transport system then lowers the shrink arch, allowing the hood to slide over the product before the shrinking phase begins.
During the thermoshrink process, controlled heat activates the shrink properties of the film, ensuring a tight and uniform fit around the palletized load.
