Alaska Belts | Product Types:

• Classic V-Belts (Wrapped): Widely used for power transmission in applications such as rolling mills, crushers, compressors, industrial drives, cement industries, and household appliances. Features include exclusive polyester or aramid cords, polychloroprene-impregnated jacket fabric, and specialized compression rubber.
• Max Power Band (Wrapped): Developed for high-load usage, these banded belts are recommended for applications where belt vibration occurs laterally and vertically. They offer 15% more power transmission capacity than standard belts and are used in industrial and agricultural applications like combine harvesters and straw walkers. ​
• Variable Speed Alaska Belts – Super Vari: Designed for variable gears of industrial machines, these belts feature a special rubber compound with oriented cut fibers across the length. They provide high power transmission capacity, length stability, and are oil and heat resistant, ensuring stability and minimizing deflection. ​
• Cogged EPDM Industrial Belts: Suitable for HVAC systems, compressors, fans, heavy-duty vehicle accessory drives, and specialist machinery. Alaska X Power EPDM cogged belts offer high flexibility, excellent wear resistance, and can operate between -40°C to 110°C. The X-Prime Power variant provides 15% more power transmission and operates between -40°C to 120°C.
