GAS TRAINS
ECONEX S.r.l., in addition to the production and sale of individual components for gas appliances, is also able to design and manufacture complete and fully assembled gas trains. These are suitable for use in industrial furnaces, gas pressure reduction stations, and gas measurement systems.
All gas trains are produced in compliance with the relevant safety regulations — in particular EN 746 — and are tested and certified according to the PED directive. Each unit is supplied with its test certificates and maintenance manuals.
SINGLE, DOUBLE AND MONOBLOC SOLENOID VALVES
Single safety solenoid valves, double, vent valves, double stage and valve assembly groups. Max pressure from 200 mbar to 6 bar, diameters from Rp 3/8 to DN200, supply voltage from 12V dc to 230V ac. Available also in Atex version zone II 3G-3D.
AIR AND GAS MODULATING LINEAR CONTROL VALVES
Econex air and gas modulating linear control valves are high-performance devices designed for precise regulation of combustion air and gas flow. Certified to meet international safety and quality standards, they ensure reliable and efficient operation. Their linear control characteristic provides accurate modulation across the full range. Suitable for both civil and industrial applications, these valves deliver stability, durability, and energy efficiency. Linear motorized control valves for air and gas, max inlet pressure 0,5 – 1 bar, diameters from Rp1 to DN100.
GOVERNORS AND PRESSURE REGULATORS

ELECTRICAL ACTUATORS
Econex designs and manufactures electrical actuators engineered for accurate positioning, high torque, and robust performance in industrial applications. Our product range includes solutions suitable for demanding environments, ensuring low maintenance, high reliability, and precise control.Electric actuators from 2 to 500 Nm, three point or proportional control with input signal 4-20 mA or 0-10V dc, supply voltage from 24V dc/ac to 230V., rotation time from 7 to 240 seconds. Available also in Atex version zone II 3G-3D and Atex zone 1.

Wafer and thread butterfly valves in alluminium for air and gas, diameter from Rp 3/4 to DN250 and wafer or flanged butterfly valve for high temperature up to 1000 °C, diameters from DN15 and DN5000.
